Presentation titled “Opportunities Woven Into Setbacks.” (presented virtually due to the pandemic). Author Chuck Carr talked about the 2007 barn fire his family farm suffered one night in June. Relating it to the opportunity to rebuild exactly how they wanted, he encouraged listeners that no matter how horrible a life situation may seem, there is always a “holy cow to find, a halo of inspiration” that if looked for deep enough, he assured listeners it can be found. He also spoke about his 2018 head injury and the recovery that followed, once again convincing attendees that you can always find a blessing in disguise.
